Nouria Energy is a fast paced, fast-growing retail and wholesale petroleum company operating over 180 locations from Maine into Connecticut with a corporate office in Worcester, MA. We have an opportunity for a motivated painting tech who can work autonomously and ensure c-stores throughout the company network are maintained by completing work orders administered by the Maintenance Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Candidates must be able to independently carry out the duties and responsibilities listed below at a satisfactory level.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEJOB RELATED SKILLS

  • Provide Imaging services to the Nouria locations where your manager assigns tasks.
  • Perform general Painting, power washing, light carpentry, and other handyman skills needed to complete assigned jobs.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while working with other store employees or dealing with customers on site.
  • Flexibility to travel with potential overnight stays as necessary.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
  • Work out of a company vehicle. You are responsible for maintaining the vehicle, tools and equipment.
  • High School diploma required.
  • 3+ years in construction trades or facility management positions that include but are not limited to, painting, power washing, light carpentry, and other imaging skills.
  • Time management skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate email and internet dispatching applications used by Nouria
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to climb ladders including heights of 24 feet.
  • Ability to work on an aerial lift.
