Responsibilities of our next Duct Cleaner Helper

  • Assists in duct cleaning at residential locations.
  • Communicates the basic air duct cleaning process to homeowners.
  • Demonstrates professional knowledge of all company products and services.
  • Accesses customer's HVAC systems appropriately.
  • Wear personal protective equipment as required.
  • Cleans and replaces registers.
  • Responds to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Completes daily check-out/ check-in procedures, vehicle inspections, and required departmental reporting.

Requirements of our next Duct Cleaner Helper

  • HVAC Trade School and/or Certificate Program Experience Highly Preferred.
  • Comfortability & Connectivity speaking to customers.
  • Valid Drivers License with an acceptable driving record.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented & Consistent.
  • Professional, Ethical & Accountable.
  • Team-oriented.
