Responsibilities of our next Duct Cleaner Helper
- Assists in duct cleaning at residential locations.
- Communicates the basic air duct cleaning process to homeowners.
- Demonstrates professional knowledge of all company products and services.
- Accesses customer's HVAC systems appropriately.
- Wear personal protective equipment as required.
- Cleans and replaces registers.
- Responds to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Completes daily check-out/ check-in procedures, vehicle inspections, and required departmental reporting.
Requirements of our next Duct Cleaner Helper
- HVAC Trade School and/or Certificate Program Experience Highly Preferred.
- Comfortability & Connectivity speaking to customers.
- Valid Drivers License with an acceptable driving record.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented & Consistent.
- Professional, Ethical & Accountable.
- Team-oriented.
