We are seeking a talented National Account Director to oversee the food service at 13+ military bases throughout the United States. This position is based out of San Antonio, Texas and will require extensive travel. You will help plan and manage multiple contracted services while meeting operational and financial goals with a continued focus on the customer and consumer needs. We strive to operate as the premier provider of top-tier hospitality services, dedicated to enriching communities' health, welfare, and morale. As the National Account Director, you will lead daily operations in collaboration with on-site General Managers across military installations nationwide.


Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 base salary + 22% bonus protentional, health benefits, 401K, PTO, and relocation


Your mission is to:

  • Lead and Manage: Direct the activities of your management team with precision and insight.
  • Strategic Vision: Set the strategic and tactical direction for each account to drive success.
  • National Account Growth: Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales and profits through national customers.
  • Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with current and prospective clients of Aramark.
  • Revenue Expansion: Drive a 20-30% annual growth in customer revenues through innovative product/service additions, expanded locations, and strategic pricing.
  • Travel Commitment: Expect extensive travel (80%), with a base in San Antonio, TX.


To thrive in this pivotal role, you should bring:

  • Military Expertise: Minimum 8 years of military experience.
  • Leadership Acumen: Proven track record in leadership, including P&L responsibility within hospitality, retail, facilities, or related industries.
  • Strategic Insight: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
  • Talent Development: Proven skills in hiring, nurturing, and advancing talent.
  • Contractual Mastery: Ability to interpret and implement contractual requirements effectively.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication and teamwork skills across all organizational levels.
  • Financial Acumen: Excellent financial and business acumen; bachelor s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
