**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Purchasing of resale materials and office supplies (Houston initially and potentially for other sites in the future)
* Provide customer support to all existing and new customers
* Order management
**EDUCATION:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Undergraduate degree preferred
**WORK EXPERIENCE:**
* Minimum of 3+ years customer service experience.
* Purchasing preferred
* Knowledge of Brick Sales or building materials preferred
* Oracle experience is a plus
**SKILLS REQUIRED:**
* Excellent communication skills both internally and externally (customers)
* Excellent computer Skills/ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
* Committed to working in a zero harm workplace
* Ability to multitask
* Ability to lift 20+ lbs.
* Problem solving skills
* Able to work flexible hours as required
**JOB INFORMATION:**
* M- F 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM TO 5 PM local time and weekends as required
