Zookeeper, Mammals
A dedicated and skilled zookeeper who will assist with day-to-day animal husbandry (feeding, cleaning, participating in training and enrichment, etc.) within the mammal department. A mammal keeper will primarily work in one of four areas (Primates, Elephants and Big Cats, Hoof stock, or Native Carnivores) but there may be opportunities to train in another area for coverage. Experience Required
Associate degree in Zoology, Biological Sciences, or a related field One-year animal care work experience Or an equivalent combination of education and experience that could include: a relevant bachelor's or master's degree no degree and five years of professional animal care experience Must possess a valid Texas Driver's License.
