Williams Lea is hiring for a Records Analyst for our Los Angeles office to work Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm!

Pay : $26.00/hour

The candidate for this Records Analyst position will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients within a corporate law firm environment. Work requirements include file creation, labeling, retrievals, transfers, destruction, tracking and also document scanning. This position requires regular professional written and verbal communication with our clients, other departments and vendors. Coordination of records scanning and retrieval projects with other departments and external vendors is also required for this position. Good working skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe PDF, eDocs DM and IRM are essential for this position.

Qualifications:Records Management basics:Creation and editing of labels, filing, routing/tracking, sending and recalling from offsite vendor, follow-up on checked-out files, destructionProcess incoming file transfers to their respective client/mattersProcess outgoing file transfersResearching on Document Management and Records Software for client s specific needsElectronical Records experience: scanning and uploading PDF s into the Document Management SystemIdentifying documents based on type and contentWorking knowledge of iManage Records Management (IRM) and iManage Document Management software preferred (previous experience with a legal specific records management program required)Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills. Comfort dealing with simultaneous projects requiredDetailed orientatedExcellent communication (verbal and written)Be personable, articulate, knowledgeable and professional in presenting oneself in a professional settingCustomer service orientedExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skillsAbility to handle sensitive and/or confidential materials as requiredMaintaining daily productivity tracking logs of all department activities and projectsSome Office Services/Reception work might be required

Job Requirements:10+ years experience in law firm Records ManagementHigh School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors preferred)Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook requiredProfessional, effective written and oral communication skillsIntermediate Windows 10 based computer skills requiredCapacity and willingness to climb short ladders/step stoolsAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended periodManual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.)Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push carts full of files on a regular basisAble to load, push, and unload carts of boxes or files as neededApplicants for this position must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment by their start date
