*Pebble Creek Healthcare Center*, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for *RN Charge Nurses* to deliver direct patient care on assigned unit.
* *Full Time Day Shift: 7 am - 7 pm*
* *Full Time Night Shift: 7 pm - 7 am*
* *Part Time Evening Shift: 7 pm - 12 am*
* *PRN Positions Available on Day & Night Shifts - Days: 7 am - 7 pm \* Nights: 7 pm - 7 am*

*RN Qualifications:*
* Active RN license
* Nursing degree from an accredited program
* Current BLS certification
* EHR proficiency
* Competent in patient assessment and wound care
* Familiar with infection control practices
* Skilled in medication management

*RN Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive care to residents, ensuring their well-being.
* Administer medications accurately and safely.
* Conduct health assessments and monitor vital signs.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Perform wound assessments and treatments.
* Provide health education and support to residents and families
