???? About the Role Commercial-Litigation Associate
- Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents (such as complaints, motions, and briefs), and gathering evidence to support the client's case.
- Assisting with the discovery process by reviewing documents, preparing interrogatories, and conducting depositions to gather information relevant to the case.
- Attending court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings to represent the client's interests and advocate on their behalf.
- Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and assess potential risks and outcomes.
