Job Description
Objective of Position: Service customers, dealers and sales staff in facilitating issues relative to all facets of trailers and their operations, warranties, and expectations or shortcomings. Provide detailed and accurate responses to customer's dealers and sales staff in order to support superior customer service.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day calls from customers, dealers and sales staff on all facets of trailer generated questions.
- Investigate issues and acquire answers needed to solve.
- Set up jobs for repair parts needed and follow through full cycle (conception to customers).
- Assist customers and dealers on warranty policies and procedures.
- Work closely with customer service manager and engineering on trailer improvements and corrective measures.
- Conduct demonstrations of trailers for customer pick-ups.
- Work with walk in customers with their needs.
- Navigate warranty management system to create and process warranty claims.
- Assumes additional duties as required.
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Trail King product, preferably in a production or quality role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Must be willing to travel.
- Mechanical aptitude required.
- Must possess excellent communication skills both.

- Must be able to work up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to sit for long periods, stand, and walk and climb stairs as necessary.
- Must use necessary PPE to enter manufacturing area.
- Occasional lifting of 10 to 40 pounds.
