Client Services Representative


Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with team members to ensure clients experience smooth and effortless service.
  • Handle 20 to 35 inbound calls daily and respond to approximately ten inbound emails each day.
  • Keep a log of communications with the field, custodians, and vendors.
  • Exhibit energy, empathy, and problem-solving abilities in client interactions.
  • Maintain professionalism, accountability, customer focus, and teamwork.
  • Proactively consult with Investment Advisors and their staff, sharing knowledge, offering efficiency training, and providing education to help them manage and grow their business.
  • Collaborate with other support and processing departments to resolve complex inquiries.


Skills:

  • Demonstrated passion for service and financial markets with a strong client focus and the desire to build relationships.
  • Ability to use active listening skills and non-verbal cues to understand client needs and motivations; empathetic and sensitive to client concerns; able to exercise good judgment and take action to meet client objectives.
  • Quick to learn new technology and able to utilize various systems to proactively identify solutions for the firm.
