Order Processor
A dynamic company in Fort Myers is looking for an experienced Order Processor / Inside Sales Associate.The ideal candidate must be a dependable, career minded, professional that can multi task in a fast paced environment. This is a temp to hire position with a company that offers a full-time schedule and benefits for their employees.
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $21 - $24 /hr. DOE
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Daily Responsibilities:
- Order vehicle equipment and lighting
- Generate and process purchase orders
- Inside Sales
- Support outside sales team by creating and processing quotes
- Tracking orders from customer purchase to product delivery
- Update price sheets
- Customer Service
- Perform all other office tasks, as needed
Job Qualifications: - Basic vehicle knowledge MUST
- Vehicle part ordering experience
- QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Excel & MS Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize and multitask a MUST
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- This position mandates an eager & quick-thinking person daily
