**Quality Control Checker**
location High Point, NC, USA category Warehouse / Distribution Full-Time Job ID: QUALI015610 Posted: Feb 16th 2022 JOB DESCRIPTION The **Quality Control Checker** is responsible for the accurate checking or counting of all products for both inbound and outbound freight.
**This is a Weekend Shift (Friday - Sunday/6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)**
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
* Ensures that the quantity, quality and labeling and addressing of outbound orders.
* Reports shortages, damages and mis-shipments.
* Checks and/or audits contents of orders as filled and assembled by Order Selectors.
* Perform cycle counts or other inventory functions as directed
* Perform picking or other inbound/outbound processes as directed
* Compare the quantity, quality, labeling and address with customer order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct.
* Must operate PITO/MHE equipment in this role
**Requirements:**
* At least 2 year experience in similar position
* Computer applications experience using MS Office
* Excellent oral and written communications skills
* Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Able to work independently
* High school education or equivalent
**Other:**
* Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs without restriction
* Performs duties as instructed by management
* Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
* Must be able to stand and walk for continuous periods of time
