Job Details
Coordinates the resolution of unpaid accounts. Receives and resolves calls from patients, insurance companies, attorneys, and departments. Obtains and processes payments. Collaborates with patients to create payment arrangements. Updates incomplete and missing account information. Documents collection activities. Other duties as assigned.
