- Clinic hours are form 8 am to 5 pm
- Hybrid schedule includes virtual and onsite (1 - 2 days per week)
- Estimated $330,000 to $350,000 per year
- Initial new appts are 60 minutes; follow-up medication management appts are 30 minutes
