We are currently seeking a full time Groundskeeper in Florence, AL.

• In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining aesthetically pleasing and functional common area spaces. Duties include but are not limited to light landscaping, disposing of trash daily, seasonal grounds clearing and light housekeeping. of buildings floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gathers and empties trash.
• Follows procedures to ensure safe use of chemical cleaners.
• Observes precautions required to protect Company property and report damage, theft, and found articles to the Property Manager.
• Completes maintenance work as assigned.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Pay: $17.00-$22.00/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate
• Previous grounds keeping experience
• Reliable transportation to and from work
