**Location:** Baltimore, MD
As a Design Sales Consultant you will be responsible for maximizing sales volume and ensure satisfaction levels by implementing the Kohler Signature Stores Premium Client Service standards. Specific responsibilities include: client development and sales generation, store operations, and outside business development.
**Specific Responsibilities**
**Sales Generation (75% of time)**- Achieve Sales- and Service-related Metrics
* Monthly sales and orders goal
* Gross Margin targets specific to Store location
* Ann Sacks sales goal; 10% sales mix
* Design Service goals; 4 In-Store and 1In-Home consultation
* Score of 4 or better on NPS scorecard
* Conversion rate of 30% of Personalized Catalogs (quotes) to order
