Inventory Control Specialist
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for the accurate storing and receiving of merchandise and the counting, picking, and loading of merchandise as designated on invoices within the warehouse. This is a Temp-to-Hire position with many opportunities to grow!
Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30 pm, OT maybe required
Pay: $17 - $23/ Hr. DEO
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Job Responsibilities:
- Packing and shipping products and materials
- Preparing products for transport to distribution center, departments, or assembly line
- Loading products and materials onto trucks
- Performing a variety of tasks within a distribution shipping environment
- Verifying inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock
- Investigating discrepancies and adjusting errors
- Working under general supervision
Job Requirements: - Previous Warehouse experience, preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds using proper safety methods
- Must have consistent and reliable means of transportation
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
