TRC Talent Solutions is hiring Maintenance Techs in Gainesville, GA!
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Gainesville, GA. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience performing maintenance on machines, preferably in a warehouse environment. This role involves executing preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting machine issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment across various shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains, performs and reports on preventative maintenance on all plant support equipment
- Must certify and maintain certifications to use powered industrial vehicles and overhead cranes.
- Utilizes drawings, schematics and hydraulic diagrams to evaluate, make recommendations and resolve problems.
- Understands and complies with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirement
- Conducts equipment installation (air, gas, rigging) with the support and direction of experienced technicians.
Prior work experience and educational requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems including relays, motors and switches
- Ability to reach drawings and schematics.

Multiple Shifts Available:
1st Shift, Monday-Friday 6:30a-3pm
2nd Shift, Monday-Friday 2:30-11pm
3rd Shift, Monday- Thursday 5pm- 3:30am
