This Accounting position will be located in Gulf Shores, AL.
The Hangout Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant, to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
Summary: The account payable position posts, reviews and approves company wide invoices. This position requires strong organizational and analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail. The ability to set priorities and work in a team directed environment are a must.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Post, review and approve invoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Complete work accurately and timely for weekly and month end closings.
Qualifications:- Accounts Payable experience.
- Knowledge of basic accounting practices is needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Restaurant 365 experience is a plus.
- Must be able to effectively handle and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment.
