Quality Inspector
Location: Coraopolis
Shift: Monday - Friday, Flexible Start Time (6:30 AM - 9:00 AM) 8-hour shifts

SUMMARYAre you a detail-oriented professional with a keen eye for quality and precision? Do you excel in interpreting complex blueprints and schematics? Join our team as a Quality Inspector and play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of excellence.
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting manufacturing goods throughout the production process. You will conduct dimensional and electrical inspections of sub-assemblies and final system assemblies, ensuring they comply with customer requirements and specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform and document incoming inspections of complex machined and electromechanical parts.
- Ensure all parts meet blueprints and specifications.
- Utilize tools such as dial calipers, micrometers, height stands, and optical comparators.
- Enter nonconformances into the nonconformance system.
- Aid manufacturing with technical support as needed.
- Conduct inspections for counterfeit, suspect, and fraudulent items.
- Perform goods and services receipts in the ERP system (SAP).
- Occasionally unload and load trucks.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation purposes.
QUALIFICATIONS -
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with the quality inspection process.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics.
- Experience in assembly processes.

Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to interpret complex manufacturing drawings, diagrams, wire cards, and lists.
- Proficiency with inspection tools such as dial calipers, micrometers, and height stands.
- Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is highly desirable.
