Job Summary
At Huisong, we are looking for a responsible, skilled, and experienced bookkeeper to join our global team! As a bookkeeper, your main responsibility will be supporting our financial/accounting and general coordination activities.
Job Description
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the daybook, supplier ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage
- Perform checks of the posting process
- Complete tax forms
- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
- Process accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner
- Coordinate operational activities amongst internal and external departments
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven bookkeeping experience in QuickBooks
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Education and Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
