LaSalle Network has partnered with a credit union that offers easy-to-use checking account choices for each users' individual needs. They are seeking a Contact Center Representative to join their team.
Contact Center Representative Responsibilities:
- Deliver service to both internal and external members that are in alignment with the credit union's service promises
- Possess adequate product knowledge as measured by the annual product knowledge certification assessment
- Explain and recommend credit union products and services
- Provide general account information
- Provide information on new and on-going promotions
- Address and resolve member problems and complaints
- Record research requests and deliver to appropriate personnel
- Possess knowledge of bill pay and assist members with the set up and usage
- Facilitate wire transfer requests, process check orders, provide loan payoff information, set up auto share transfers, loan transfers and off-cycle transfers, provide rate information on deposits and loans
- Post loan payments
- Process phone transfer requests between share accounts, loan accounts and cross-member accounts, check withdrawals and loan advance requests
Contact Center Representative Responsibilities: - Customer service experience
- Ability to work onsite in Naperville, IL
- Excellent communication skills
