As a Packaging Associate I, you will clean, package, and label products to produce sterile and non-sterile finished goods. Perform Content to Box (CTB), labeling and shrink wrap. Perform and maintain 6 S, Quality and Safety expectations. Engage in continuous improvement activities such as exposing problems, collecting data to solve problems, and suggesting improvement ideas. Perform visual inspections, and follow proper procedures to assure the controlled environment is maintained and the product integrity is ensured. Perform maintenance including cleaning equipment and workstation. Understand and follow all policies and procedures related to Managing Daily Improvement (MDI), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
