**Sales Associate Job Description**
Our Sales Associates focus on customer service, store appearance and accurate, efficient transactions. Sales Associates are team-oriented, friendly and innovative in solving customer concerns. They go the extra step in making customers feel at home in the store. We seek individuals who make work a priority and who enjoy meeting high expectations in a fast-paced environment. Sales Associates will be responsible for the following duties:
* Cash register operation.
* Excellent customer service.
* Stocking sales floor with donated product.
* Store appearance: Rotating stock, tidying, and continually keeping the store looking its best.
* They are able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Position may include cross-training.
**HOURS** : Associates should be available to work most store hours. Some evenings and weekends.

Job Qualifications
* High school graduate or equivalent preferred, but on-the-job training is provided.
* Must possess and consistently demonstrate the ability and willingness to utilize excellent customer service skills.
* Must have good work habits such as acceptable attitude and punctuality and must respond appropriately to supervision.
* The understanding of how to approach a customer, ability to demonstrate merchandise to shoppers, basic knowledge of fashion, style, color, quality and the use of accessories.
