Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Construction Superintendent at Farris Construction Company. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing budgets, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. They will also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating day-to-day construction activities.

Qualifications

• Construction Site Management, Project Management, and Organization Skills
• Construction Safety and Budgeting
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Experience in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
