Position Summary:
The position will consist of being familiar with tools and consumables. Have the ability to hand out and receive tools. Ability to track consumables and tools and to maintain a log of distribution/inventory in regard to issuing and receiving tools. Minor computer skills. Assist with receiving materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving and shipping orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
- Perform routine housekeeping task to maintain work area.
- Follows all hazardous waste handling guidelines.
- Follows direction from supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: - Able to communicate items of concern found during inspections.
- Knowledge of industrial tooling & consumables
- Organization and time management
- Must have good aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Good reading comprehension
- Ability to work with others - team player.
- Good communication skills with co-workers and supervisors
- Commitment to Zachry values and safety rules and regulations
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of safety practices to operated equipment.

- Training in vocational schools or related on the job experience.
Physical Requirements - Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.
- Will talk and hear to communicate.
- Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls and tools.
- May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
- Will work at heights, climb ladders and stairways.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
- Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses/spoggles, ear plugs, hi-vis safety vests, leather gloves and leather steel-toed work boots.
