As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our potential customers on the incentives they are entitled in the state for going solar, ensuring their satisfaction, and building strong relationships face to face.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in a face-to-face manner
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and government incentives.
Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
Meet with the team to come up with new ideas.

Committed and disciplined

High school diploma; some college is a plus.
