THE ROLE

Check-In Attendants are responsible for setting up the check-in area, checking in NPO volunteers, handing out and collecting uniforms at the end of the event; and ensuring that all volunteers checked in are in their assigned stands once gates are opened to the guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist with setting up of the check-in

  • Using the volunteer lists provided, confirm identity of volunteer and check off on list as they arrive to the
  • Ensure that Volunteer Wavier is on file and if not, have volunteer complete the document at time of check-in.
  • Hand out NPO uniforms to group leaders and have them sign off that they received
  • Participate in the pre-event set up of binders and uniforms if
  • Visit assigned stands and ensure all the volunteers are present in the stands. Communicate with NPO manager if there is a discrepancy .
  • Adhere to the Legends Uniform and Grooming
  • Walk the stadium to ensure all volunteers are in their correct locations.
