**Description:**
The Assistant Baker partners with the Baker to ensure our cakes are of the highest quality for our guest to enjoy.
**Responsibilities:**
* Follows the NBC proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision.
* Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other tools to bake the cakes.
* Assists Baker with daily baking and production flow and processes.
* Assists the Baker in mixing, scooping and all baking procedures involved with creating our quality cakes.
* Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks workstation and assists Baker to ensure all baking supplies are prepared for the next shift.

* Store hours are Monday-Friday (8:30am-6:30pm), Saturdays (8:30am-5:30pm) & Sundays (Closed).
