Project: They need someone who can assist with release management, defect management, setting up best practices and aligning their ways of working to the existing net ops style.
Job Description:
- The ideal person will have experience creating processes in service of providing consistency in delivery and reporting/communication for a software-based platform (ideally an API marketplace type platform or similar). This position will work with stakeholders to align on process, document process, and be responsible for executing processes identified.
- Looking for someone with experience creating processes or executing processes we are looking to stand up. i.e. not just working with release management, but owning the program processes. Looking for experience documenting, improving, and creating processes.
- Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.
- Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
- Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.
- Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of documentation and status reports.
- Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Specialized knowledge of MS Project, LucidChart, Microsoft 365, Confluence, Jira. 10+ years of experience.
