The Production Team Member is responsible for the printing and packaging of butter as well as the sanitation of various production and storage areas. This includes using approved chemicals and the related delivery system to clean/sanitize production and non-production areas. This is a safety sensitive role. The Creamery is open 365 days a year including holidays. Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Perform daily assembly/disassembly, cleaning (CIP/ COP), and sanitizing of production equipment. Complete all ATP test swabs and document results for assigned areas. Operate case/carton printers, butter packer, case packer, bulk filler, microfix machine and butter churn as assigned. Assist with palletizing and shrink wrapping pallets to prepare for shipping. Obtain certification, for regular use, on electric pallet jacks.
