We are looking for an experienced Medical Records Clerk to join our amazing team!!
Some of the job functions will be:
Creating CTI's
Tracking MOLSTs
Track CTI's for signature
Prepare for IDT
Sending Consents via Docusign
Please have strong medical records experience. Hospice experience is a plus!!
