Procurement Systems Analyst
The Procurement Systems Analyst will provide day-to-day support and configuration of all Procurement systems with a primary focus on Coupa as our Procure-to-Pay platform. The role requires extensive hands-on design, implementation, administration, process governance, training, data analysis, report generation and configuration experience with Coupa and tying it with SAP, Dayforce, and other 3rd party platforms. The role will support all Procure-to-Pay process continuous improvement initiatives to help deliver an efficient buying experience and outstanding service to our internal customers.
Primary Functions
  • Provide day-to-day support and configuration of all Procurement systems including Coupa, SAP Procurement functions, spend analytics & e-auction tools, etc.
  • Provide excellent internal customer service through timely support and issue resolution
  • Assist in identifying and addressing process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and compliance gaps through process improvements and automation to improve performance of our Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology solutions that enhance procurement efficiency and data visibility
  • Assist in developing and delivering a robust training program and communications for all Procurement systems across numerous learning formats in support of over 700 practice locations
  • Work cohesively with Accounting, AP, IT, and other functions to support business stakeholders
  • AssistCategory Managers and other stakeholders with spend analytics, reporting, and value creation activities tracking
  • Help develop and publish metrics in support of continuous improvement objectives
Skills, Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of purchasing systems experience preferred
  • Professional supply chain certification such as C.P.M. preferred
  • Basic analytical skills to drive decisions and communicate key performance results
  • Advanced knowledge of Coupa, SAP, and other supply chain technology platforms
  • Ability to support multiple projects in parallel
  • Strong internal customer service focus
  • Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.)
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
