To roast and package the industrys finest coffee through development of sound roasting and packaging skills and techniques. This mission is most effectively achieved through craft roasting, maintaining package integrity, daily quality assurance exercises, and machine maintenance. DOING What you deliver: As a Production Technician for roasting, grinding, or packaging you will process coffee as the production schedule demands. Ensures that the assigned workstation operates within the workplace safety and food safety standards set by Caribou Coffee and oversight regulatory agencies. Ensures product quality by completing all Quality Control Point monitoring tasks according to established procedures for the assigned workstation. Completes and submits all quality assurance monitoring tasks for the assigned operating workstation. Completes and submits all production records required for the assigned operating workstation.
