**Overview:** The role of the Sales Manager at PatSnap is to identify, train, and lead a successful sales team that meets or exceeds our ambitious sale targets. This position requires a hands-on leader who is not afraid to lead by example and to make positive impact the deal level. This is a great opportunity for an energetic leader to effectively drive results, grow great talents, and achieve unprecedented performance.

**Who You Are**

+ Previous experience in Information Technology, SaaS, Legal Services, and Information Services field would be ideal

+ Experience in the Intellectual Property and Patent workflow

+ 5-10+ years of people management experience with a clear success track record

+ Competitive and curious

+ Excellent personal discipline and organizational skills

+ Excellent communication skills and consistent enthusiasm

+ Proficiency Salesforce, Insight Squared, and Excel preferred

+ A self-starter with a growth mindset who is not afraid of producing ideas and taking action to drive new business

+ Sharp sales execution ability and command team confidence even during tough times

+ Strong work ethic with the sheer desire to get it done

+ A fast learner and a good listener that can navigate through complex people and business challenges

+ Excellent leadership skills with the discipline to run a lean sales team

+ The desire to grow people and strive in a fast pace environment

+ We aim to get you covered for your working from home set up, so we will give you a 6 months worth upfront allowance to help you set you up for success, after that, you will receive it on a monthly basis.
