Job Details
JOB FUNCTION:
The position is responsible for maintenance of Janitorial projects and various other duties including:
* Removing trash from all shops.
* Mopping, waxing, and stripping floors.
* Operating a floor scrubber.
* Completing miscellaneous janitorial work.
* Performing various maintenance projects such as updating lighting and other tasks.
* Performing other duties as directed.
Required Skills
* Ability to carry/lift up to 75 lbs.
* Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves heavy manual labor.
* Ability to maintain alertness and acuity that is not typically impaired by any medication, diet, or physical condition.
* Ability to bend, stoop, squat, sit and maneuver in confined spaces.
* Ability to read and understand labels and written and verbal directions.
Required Experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent, some High School Education acceptable.
* Must have the ability to work in a detailed and safe manner.
* Use of certain cleaning chemicals.
