Job Details
Pay rate is $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
This position is based in White Plains, NY. Will also need to provide occasional support in NYC and possibly Garden City.
Must Have Qualifications:
- 4 to 10 years of total experience
- Windows 10/11 support
- Computer Hardware and Software support
- A/V
- MS Teams, Zoom or WebEx support
- Microsoft Office support
- Mobile device support
- VPN and remote desktop support
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting of desktop computer hardware and software, and MS Teams, Zoom or WebEx support
