Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, handling patient payments, and providing exceptional support for our E-Bill platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle financial transactions, and a strong customer service mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone Work:
- Handle incoming calls (90% of the day)
- Make outbound calls (10% of the day)
- Email Management:
- Address inbound emails, primarily regarding patient statement inquiries and account balance transfers for pharmacy partners (limited responsibility in this role)
- Payment Processing:
- Assist patients with making payments using credit cards or electronic checks
- Review accounts to verify balances and process transactions
- Financial Assistance:
- Manage hardship programs for patients who qualify based on income specifications
- Aid patients in setting up payment plans and processing refunds
- Technical Support:
- Troubleshoot issues related to the E-Bill platform with patients
Schedule : Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm
