The benefits coordinator will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing exceptional support to our employees. Responsibilities: Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and issues, providing timely and accurate information and support. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits. Coordinate open enrollment processes, including communication, enrollment meetings, and processing of enrollment changes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits records in HRIS and other systems. Present at new hire orientations to explain and answer all questions regarding benefits and provide ongoing support to employees.
