Our client, a leader in Renewable Energy development, is seeking a Procurement Specialist. This candidate will be responsible for helping drive the mission of the company by supporting day-to-day supply chain actvities.
The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for the following:
- Managing Purchase Orders (POs), keeping POs in ERP System, and working diligently to keep systems up to date and accurate
- Communicate frequently with departments regarding POs; EX: Accounting Department to resolve discrepancies
- Keep proper documentation, confirm deliveries, and report any supplier issues
- Additional responsibilities as assigned to make sure all purchases are received in a timely manner
The Procurement Specialist will possess the following:
- Bachelor's Degree (Business or related field preferred)
- 4+ years of experience with Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, or related roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
