Responsible for maintaining store inventory accuracy by educating and working collaboratively with all store Team Members across all departments. Responsible for conducting weekly merchandise scans and working collaboratively with the replenishment team on fulfillment of product. Maintain the integrity and organization of inventory within the backroom, capstock, and yard. Responsible for the timely resolution of items found to be defective or damaged, and placed in the resolution area within the Logistics Department. Work collaboratively with the Inventory Control Coordinator, Loss Prevention, and Store Support Center Inventory Control Team on shrink concerns including receiving discrepancies, negative inventory, pending inventory, returns, cycle counts, and all applicable reporting. Responsible for entering, modifying, and auditing of inventory adjustments and understanding how they affect store inventory and shrink.
