Role Summary:


We are currently in search of a Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. This role plays a crucial part in delivering excellent customer service and support, ensuring that our clients' requirements are addressed with professionalism and efficiency. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the convenience of your home while being a vital part of a dedicated and enthusiastic team.


Key Duties:


1. Responding promptly and respectfully to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.

Requirements:
