Job Details

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
1. Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing insurance documentation as required.
2. Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure client retention.
3. Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding. You will be expected to understand the client's needs and provide them with the best possible solutions.
4. Responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This includes problem-solving and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Working collaboratively with the sales and service team to meet and exceed the company's goals.
6. Continuously updating your knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to provide the most accurate information to our clients.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry.
2. Proven experience in developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing insurance documentation.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.
4. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
6. A proactive approach to customer service, always looking for opportunities to educate clients and improve their experience.
7. Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to the role.
