Position Summary: Our company is growing rapidly and is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Recruiter Assistant. The role is critical in executing our day-to-day recruiting functions, providing exceptional external and internal customer support, while continuously improving our recruitment and selection process.

NOTE: THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION LOCATED IN MOUNT AIRY, NC
Essential Functions:
- Assist in recruitment efforts.
- Screen applicants via the Applicant Tracking System - Oracle Cloud Recruiting.
- Post jobs in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Answer calls.
- Protect the security of information, data and files.
- Assist field management in the hiring process.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Carry out other related duties as required and assigned.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and / or human resources practices and principals preferred.
- A minimum of an Associate Degree required.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Recruiting a plus.
- Social Media recruiting experience a plus.
- Able to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must have excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Confidentiality a must.
