The patient sitter is a member of AnMed#s Resource Team and should expect to float between AnMed units. The Patient Sitter#is#assigned to remain with a patient who is deemed a risk to themselves or others to ensure the patient is in a safe environment and is visualized at all times.## Duties can include:# Accompanying patients to any procedure off the unit and remaining with the patient in the room, including when needing to go to the bathroom and shower.## Completion of proper documentation## Immediately reports any change in behavior or mood to assigned RN# Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalency is required.#
