The Receptionist is integral to facilitating smooth operations within the organization. Responsibilities include interacting with employees, vendors, customers, and guests, both in-person and through various communication channels. Administrative duties such as managing incoming calls, organizing office logistics, handling mail, and ordering supplies are central to the role. Additionally, the Receptionist supports human resources initiatives, coordinates office events, and collaborates with various teams as needed. Core Responsibilities: Engaging with stakeholders courteously and professionally, whether in person, on the phone, or via email. Performing tasks such as answering phones, copying, faxing, and maintaining organizational systems.
