About the Role:


Bring you customer oriented mindset and help customers select a multitude of product in order to insure life, vehicle and agriculture. No a cold calling atmosphere, it is more customer rapport and helping them chose the best products for their needs.


Responsibilities:


Help clients choose the best insurance products to themselves

Be active in the community and bring insurance awareness to the people.


Qualifications:


  • Active community involvement
  • Great customer service
  • Build relationships with client and coworker
  • TEAM player mindset and ambition!
  • 2 years of customer service experience required
  • Insurance license (if you do not have one client will help obtain)
  • Self-starter who can prioritize and multitask
  • Great problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Pay range and compensation package:


Base starts at 40K plus bonus and benefits
