Title:
Field Service Manager
Responsibilities:
On-the-job evaluations and on-going training, including regular ride-alongs (route audits) with technicians
Quality Control of Service Delivery
Trouble-shooting and Resolution of problem accounts
Training of team members (new hires and on-going)
New Hire On-Boarding
Equipment & vehicle setup
Execute training plan for new hire
Driving/Assisting sales by pushing organics & being an on-call resource for sales inspectors
Inventory Management
Weekly reconciliation of warehouse inventory
Bi-weekly reconciliation of technician truck inventory
Remain within given budget
Maximizing Efficiency of material resources and personnel resources (drive-time, downtime, team focus)
Customer Retention (Cancellations) - saving Platinum cancellations
Facilitate healthy working relationship with parent company to ensure the operation runs smoothly
Maintaining branch assets for the pest department (fleet, facilities, equipment, inventory, etc.)
Daily review of tech schedules, tech notes, service times, and material usage
Ensuring the Saturday schedules are finalized prior to start-of-month
Monitoring regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies including adhering to state reporting requirements
Holding supervisory licenses in all states of oversight as well as obtaining OSHA 10 certification.
Assist direct reports w/ obtaining new & more licensing and maintaining up-to-date licensing for all employees
Reinforcing Company Culture, Best practices, protocols, standards, and expectations.
Daily Assisting with servicing of accounts to aid with production, including working 2 Saturdays per month
Weekly management meetings
Safety Reinforcement
Complying with OSHA regulations and best practices
Supplying, maintaining, reinforcement, and training on all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
