What are they looking for?
As a Commercial Partner, you will play a pivotal role in representing clients in complex commercial litigation matters. With a focus on trial advocacy, you will have the opportunity to lead high-stakes litigation cases from inception to resolution. Whether representing Fortune 500 companies or emerging startups, you will utilize your expertise to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage commercial litigation cases through all stages of litigation, including trial
Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Conduction depositions, witness interviews, and discovery
Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations and mediations.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the State Bar of Texas and in good standing
8+ Years of experience in commercial litigation, with significant trial experience
