Responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing exceptional customer service, and handling guest accounts at the end of their stay. Must be detail-oriented, possess effective conflict-management skills, and excel in decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register guests with a professional demeanor.
- Provide information about hotel amenities and services.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and billing procedures.
- Maintain accurate guest records and payment transactions.
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
